Method of payment

The amount of your purchase will be charged to your account, as soon as your order has been placed and validated.

If you wish to cancel your order, we thank you for informing us by sending us an email at: sandy@happyhaus.fr .

Easy return: if something does not suit you, you can return your product within 14 days of your order for an exchange or a refund. As soon as we receive your returned product, we will proceed with your refund.

The payment of HAPPY HAUS products is done through our partners STRIPE or PAYPAL.

Cancel and return your order

If you wish to cancel your order, you can unconditionally make use of your right of withdrawal, by sending an email to the address: sandy@happyhaus.fr to inform HAPPY HAUS. This message must be sent no later than 14 working days from the day after receipt of your products.

If you wish to use your right of withdrawal, we thank you kindly indicate in your mail the following information:

I hereby notify you of my withdrawal from the contract for the sale of the goods below:

  • order number
  • received on
  • description of the good
  • Date of the order
  • Name, first name and address of the buyer
  • Signature only if this notification is done by mail

In order to obtain a refund of your purchase, you must then return it within 14 days after sending your cancellation email to: sandy@happyhaus.fr.

Please note that we will deduct 10€ per order to cover the cost of the return.

The clothes must be returned in their original packaging, without having been worn or damaged. Otherwise, HAPPY HAUS reserves the right to refuse the return of the product and to claim full payment.

Exchanging one or more products from your order

Easy return: you can return your product within 14 days of your order for an exchange.

If the desired product is in stock, it will be sent to you as soon as we receive the returned product that you wish to exchange.

The clothes must be returned in their original packaging, without having been worn or damaged. Otherwise, HAPPY HAUS reserves the right to refuse the exchange of the product and to claim full payment.

Items purchased are exchangeable in a different size. Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of the returned goods and are based on stock availability. Exchanges are shipped to you free of charge.

How do I return my purchase from an EU country? 

  • Write an email to sandy@happyhaus.fr to announce your return date and the item to exchange.
  • Place the item(s) in the original shipping box or other sturdy cardboard box. Close the box and tape it securely.
  • Arrange for return shipping with reliable shipping companies such as UPS / FEDEX/DHL/ TNT/ CHRONOPOST

What should I do if my order is cancelled? 

It is possible that some orders or parts of an order are cancelled by HAPPY HAUS for the following reasons:

  • Item(s) not available
  • Difficulty in processing your payment information.
  • Unable to ship to the address provided.
  • A duplicate order was placed.

If your order is cancelled in this way, you will receive an email explaining the reason for the cancellation, and you will not be charged for any cancelled items. If you are interested in other products that could replace those that could not be delivered, you can contact us at any time by email at sandy@happyhaus.fr or by calling 0699883648 for advice or a recommendation.
