Order and payment


Method of payment

The amount of your purchase will be deducted from your account, as soon as your order has been placed and validated.
Payment for HAPPY HAUS products is made via our partner, Stripe.
To pay with Stripe, you can choose to use your credit card or your Stripe account if you are already registered.

Modifying or cancelling your order

If you wish to cancel your order, you may unconditionally make use of your right of withdrawal by sending an e-mail to sandy@happyhaus.fr to inform HAPPY HAUS. This message must be sent no later than 14 working days from the day following receipt of your products.
Upon receipt of your returned product, we will proceed with your refund.

Please note that we will deduct a €10 return fee per order to cover the costs incurred.

The return shipment of the product whose purchase is cancelled is at the customer’s expense, and according to the following conditions:
Clothing must be returned in its original packaging, unworn and undamaged. If this is not the case, HAPPY HAUS reserves the right to refuse the return of the product and to demand full payment.

Your refund will be made by the same method of payment used for your purchase. If your product has been received by HAPPY HAUS within the legal period of 14 days, your refund will be made no later than the 14th day.

How to exchange my product ? 

Easy returns: if something doesn’t suit you, you can return your product within 14 days of placing your order for an exchange.

If the desired product is in stock, it will be sent to you as soon as we receive the purchased product you wish to exchange.

The return shipment of the product to be exchanged is at the customer’s expense, and according to the following conditions.

Garments must be returned in their original packaging, unworn and undamaged. Should this not be the case, HAPPY HAUS reserves the right to refuse to exchange the product and to demand full payment.

Items purchased may be exchanged for a different size. Exchanges are only processed on receipt of the returned goods and are based on stock availability. Exchanges are shipped free of charge.

What should I do if my order is cancelled?

Some orders or parts of an order may be cancelled by HAPPY HAUS for the following reasons:

  • Item(s) not available
  • Difficulty processing your payment information.
  • Unable to ship to address provided.
  • A duplicate order has been placed.

If your order is cancelled in this way, you will receive an email explaining the reason for the cancellation, and you will not be charged for any cancelled items. If you are interested in other products that could replace those that could not be delivered, you can contact us at any time by email at sandy@happyhaus.fr or by calling 06 99 88 36 48 for advice or a recommendation.

Delivery information

HAPPY HAUS offers free standard delivery on all orders to European Union countries. Please note that free delivery will be applied to your order upon payment.

For non-EU countries, €20 shipping costs are automatically added to the order total.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country. Delivery times are approximately as follows:

Europe: 3 – 7 working days

USA: 5 – 10 working days

Please note that deliveries to rural or inaccessible areas may take longer.

HAPPY HAUS insures each purchase during transit until it is delivered to you. Orders may require a signature upon delivery, at which time the responsibility rests with you.

If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery, you also agree that the third party’s signature is sufficient proof of delivery and performance by HAPPY HAUS.

Information on legal guarantees

Article L.217.7 of the French Consumer Code specifies the terms and conditions and duration of the legal warranty.
